1) Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for shipping (we try to ship faster).All jewlery is imported from England. We know this seems like a long time to wait but you can not get our products in discount stores. We only handle high quality products that are not mass produced. 2) All orders are shipped via USPS, Priority Mail, FEDEX or UPS only( Our choice as we try to use the fastest one for the time of year). And we will E-Mail you a tracking number as soon as we ship your order.
3) All damaged items must be reported to us within 72 hours of receipt of order. Keep all damaged items and packaging until the shipper closes the claim. We will then contact shipper for you as all items are shipped insured.
4) While we try to keep all items in stock at times we run out, if this is the case we will let you know and tell you when we will have them and give you the option of waiting, changing your order or a refund.
RETURNS
NO RETURNS ON RINGS
If we ship the wrong item we will pay return shipping and ship the right item to you at our cost.
If you just wish to return or exchange the item that you are unhappy with you must contact us within 10 days to get a Return Authorization Number and ship it back within 10 days and pay return shipping and the shipping on the new item plus any price difference. All items must be undamaged and in their undamaged original packaging.
All returns must have a Return Authorization Number. Call or E-Mail for one before you return any items. You must also include the invoice for your items( be sure to make a copy for your files) with the Return Authorization Number written on it and reason for return. Be sure to include a note to tell us what you want to do (shipping is not refunded or given credit on returns) ie: Exchange, Store credit, Replace with a different item (if different item cost is more you will have to pay the difference) or a Refund.
